How Dye Sublimation Printing Works
Print → transfer → heat press → done. Dye turns from solid to gas, permanently bonding with the substrate.
1
Design & Print
Create artwork. Print in reverse onto transfer paper using CMYK sublimation ink.
2
Prepare Substrate
Position printed paper onto blank. Align and secure with heat tape.
3
Heat Press
Apply heat (180-220C) and pressure. Dye turns to gas and embeds into material.
4
Peel Paper
Remove transfer paper. Print is permanently fused into the surface.
5
Inspect & Ship
Colors are vibrant, wash-proof, scratch-resistant. Ready for delivery.
