1. Scope of This Policy
This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases of FUJIA industrial printing equipment (DTF, UV, DTG, sublimation printers and related machinery) and consumables sold through fujiaprinter.com and our authorized sales channels.
2. Return Window
You may request a return or refund within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided the conditions in Section 3 are met.
3. Eligibility for Return
- Equipment must be unused, uninstalled, and in original sealed packaging.
- All accessories, manuals, and protective films must be intact.
- Consumables (ink, powder, film) are non-returnable once opened for hygiene and quality reasons.
- Customized / OEM / ODM equipment built to buyer specification is non-returnable and non-refundable.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Software licenses and activation keys.
- Custom-configured or made-to-order machinery.
- Consumables removed from original sealed packaging.
5. Refund Process
- Contact our support team at oliver@fujia-printer.com with order number and reason.
- Receive Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions.
- Ship the item back; buyer bears return shipping cost unless the item is defective on arrival.
- Upon inspection, refund is issued to original payment method within 7–10 business days.
6. Defective on Arrival (DOA)
If equipment is dead on arrival, notify us within 7 days with photos/video. We will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion, with return shipping covered by FUJIA.
7. Warranty vs. Refund
This policy covers returns and refunds only. Manufacturing defects beyond the return window are handled under our 12-month limited warranty.
