By accessing fujiaprinter.com and placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase our products.

This site is operated by Fujia Printing Technology Co., Ltd., registered in People’s Republic of China, with registered address at Guangdong Province, China.
3. Product Descriptions
We strive for accuracy in specifications, images, and pricing. However, industrial equipment configurations may vary by market; final specifications are confirmed in the proforma invoice / sales contract.
4. Orders & Pricing
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are quoted exclusive of VAT / import duties unless stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before order confirmation.
5. Payment Terms
Payment via T/T (bank wire) and L/C. Production starts after a 30% deposit; balance due before shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, documentation, firmware, and software are the property of FUJIA or its licensors. No license is granted except for the limited right to use purchased equipment per its manual.
7. Safe Operation & Disclaimer
Industrial printing equipment must be operated by trained personnel following the safety manual. FUJIA is not liable for damage arising from misuse, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow safety procedures.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FUJIA’s aggregate liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of People’s Republic of China. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Guangdong, China.
