1. Shipping Regions
We ship worldwide to all major markets. Certain remote areas may incur surcharges or be excluded — confirmed at quotation stage.
2. Order Processing Time
Standard in-stock items ship within 3–5 business days after payment clearance. Custom / OEM builds require 15–30 business days.
3. Shipping Methods
- Express (DHL / FedEx / UPS): for samples and small parts, 3–7 days.
- Air freight: for single machines, 7–12 days.
- Sea freight (LCL / FCL): for bulk orders, 25–45 days.
4. Freight Calculation
Shipping cost is quoted per order based on volume, weight, and Incoterms. Freight is charged to the buyer; no free-shipping threshold applies to industrial machinery.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Deliveries are made on FOB (Free On Board) basis. The buyer is responsible for destination customs, import duties, and brokerage fees.
6. Tracking & Delivery
A tracking number is provided once the shipment leaves our warehouse. Risk of loss transfers at FOB port of loading.
7. Delayed or Damaged Shipment
Report transit damage within 3 days of receipt with photos. We assist with carrier claims; replacement subject to insurance coverage.
