How UV DTF AB Film Works
Graphic Layout & Color Separation
Complete artwork color separation and set customized printing parameters for white ink, colored inks and varnish.
Substrate Material Loading
Fit release liner (Base Film A) onto the printer’s unwind roller; Mount clear transfer film (Film B) to the front feed reel of the printer.
UV Digital Inkjet Printing
Print following the fixed sequence: white ink → colored ink → varnish; printed inks achieve instant curing under UV lamp exposure.
Film Lamination & Bonding
Laminating with clear transfer Film B and press for full adhesion via rubber compression rollers.
Die-Cutting & Waste Stripping
Die-cut along the contour of finished graphics and strip away excess leftover edge waste.
