1. Design & RIP Processing
Create your artwork in design software. RIP software converts it into print-ready data with ICC color management and ink limiting control.
2. Media Loading
Load roll media onto the feed system. The auto-tension control keeps the material flat and wrinkle-free during the entire print run.
3. Eco Solvent Ink Jetting
Piezoelectric printheads jet microscopic eco-solvent ink droplets onto the media. The solvent gently etches the surface for deep, permanent adhesion.
4. Intelligent Drying & Curing
High-speed intelligent drying system with adjustable temperature rapidly cures eco solvent prints. For UV ink mode, the built-in UV lamp provides instant curing. Output is dry to the touch immediately.
5. Multi-Pass Layering
For high-resolution prints, the carriage makes multiple passes to build color density and sharpness. Variable dot technology ensures smooth gradients.
6. Cutting & Finishing
